Dr. Mende has years of experience working with reproduction in mares as well as her own personal breeding program. We offer breeding services for both frozen and fresh-cooled semen and can test the mares for any uterine infections, fertility evaluation, biopsies, and ovariectomies.
Our emergency services are available at any time to assist with on-the-farm deliveries but we also provide foaling services at our hospital. With foaling stalls armed with cameras, around the clock observation, and Dr. Mende only a few minutes down the road we are prepared for any high-risk or late term deliveries that may occur.
We have the ability to store frozen semen in-house when cycling mares preparing to breed. Semen fertility services are also available.

Embryo Transfer Services
We are now starting to offer embryo transfer services using our herd of transfer mares! What are the benefits of embryo transfer vs. carrying? Embryo transfer is a great option for mares that are actively competing and cannot carry due to competition and/or training, older mares, mares with subfertility, or mares with other restricted reproductive potential.
