We are excited to release our new online check-in and appointment system. This new system ensures we receive correct owner and horse information as well as easier access to our client forms. This also eliminates the need to call the office for updates or appointment scheduling. By completing the online check-in this also allows you to complete all necessary paperwork prior to your horses appointment or drop-off.

IS THIS JUST FOR HOSPITAL VISITS OR FOR FARM CALLS ALSO?
Our new system works for both horses coming into the hospital as well as for having a veterinarian come to your farm. Follow the prompts on the check-in system and it will allow you to choose if you would like to have a veterinarian come to your farm or haul-in to the hospital.
wHAT IF I NO LONGER NEED MY HORSE SEEN?
Reply "9" to cancel your check-in spot or call the hospital and let us know so we can remove your horse from our waiting queue.
DO I NEED A SMARTPHONE TO USE THIS PROCESs?
Yes, you need a phone with internet capabilities. If you do not have one, call us when you schedule the appointment so we can make accommodations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I COME TO THE HOSPITAL WITHOUT CHECKING IN FIRST?
If you have not checked in online ahead of time, you can check in on arrival. We will have signs in the parking lot and office with instructions on how to check in. Depending on the condition of your horse, we will either have a technician triage them or have them wait in a stall or trailer until ready.
