In addition to being a board-certified equine veterinary practitioner,
Dr. Mende is certified by the American
Veterinary Chiropractic Association. The State of Maryland, like many
other states, requires proper certification to perform chiropractic work
on animals. With training in both conventional veterinary medicine and
chiropractic care, Dr. Mende has a wide range of skills to evaluate lameness
and performance issues in your horse.
